As the economies of low-income countries grow, the landscape of donor financed global heath programs is changing. As many countries face reach lower middle income status, they face the withdrawal of funding from multilateral and bilateral funders, a process known as transition. Join us to learn about the challenges and risks created by transition and a discussion of what needs to be done to continue forward progress to achieving full access to health by all.

How to Eat Dollars: Understanding the Numbers Behind Global Nutrition Advocacy

In an increasingly tight global financial landscape, how can advocates make the best case for increased resources for our issues? This interactive session will explore how experts develop financial tasks and how advocates can use those numbers to encourage increased investment from donors, in high-burden countries, and from the private sector, using investment in nutrition as an example.
